Requirements and Deadlines
Universal PU College offers a streamlined admission process for Science, Commerce, and Arts streams, combining regular PU education with integrated coaching for competitive and entrance examinations. Students must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, submit required documents, and complete admission formalities within the given timeline.
Admissions Requirements
1. Academic Qualifications
- Students seeking admission to 11th and 12th standard programmes must have successfully completed Class 10 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Applicants for B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., or BBA programmes must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- Eligibility, subject combinations, and minimum marks will be determined according to the regulations of the concerned board or Bangalore University.
- Admission to selected integrated programmes may be subject to academic counselling or an aptitude assessment.
3. Courses and Integrated Programs
- 11th and 12th Science – PCMB: Integrated preparation for NDA, Pilot Training, JEE, NEET, KCET, and CUET examinations.
- 11th and 12th Commerce – HEBA: Integrated preparation for CLAT, CSAT, CUET, and IAS Foundation programmes.
- 11th and 12th Arts – HEPG: Integrated preparation for CLAT, CSAT, CUET, and IAS Foundation programmes.
- B.Sc. in Environmental Science, B.A., and B.Com.: Specialised integrated coaching for IAS, IPS, and KAS examinations throughout the degree programme.
- BBA with AI Training: Integrated preparation for CAT and MAT examinations.
5. Fee Payment and Attendance Requirements
- Academic fees must be paid in a single instalment.
- Hostel fees may be paid in two instalments.
- A late fee of ₹500 per day will be applicable after the prescribed last date, for a maximum period of 30 days.
- Attendance will be recorded only for students who have paid the prescribed fees.
- A minimum of 90% attendance is compulsory.
- Academic fees may be increased annually by approximately 5% to 7.5%.

4. Admission Process
- Submit the admission application through the official website.
- Visit the college campus and complete the admission process directly.
- Contact the Admissions Office for counselling, programme selection, and seat reservation.
- Submit the prescribed documents and pay the admission-blocking amount to confirm the seat.
- Complete the remaining fee payment within the deadline communicated by the institution.
6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- Once a newly admitted student reports to the campus, any request for withdrawal or cancellation of admission will not qualify for a refund of the fees paid.
- When admission is cancelled before reporting to the campus, the admission-blocking amount of ₹30,000 will be non-refundable.
- Students and parents are advised to carefully review the programme details, fee structure, academic schedule, hostel facilities, and institutional policies before confirming admission.
